- 150g orzo pasta

## Steps

1. Bring stock to a simmer; add orzo; cook 8 min.
2. Add shredded chicken.
3. Optional avgolemono: whisk eggs and lemon, then slowly whisk in a ladle of hot stock before adding back to the pot.
