## Why It Fits

Lamb is rich in iron, zinc, and B12 — nutrients that become more relevant in midlife. Batch cooking means dinner is ready in minutes later in the week.

## Ingredients

- 600g diced lamb shoulder
- 400g spinach
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2cm ginger
- 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric
- Yogurt to serve
- Basmati rice

## Steps

1. Brown lamb in batches; set aside.
2. Soften onion; add garlic, ginger, spices; cook 2 min.
3. Return lamb with tomatoes and 200ml water; cover and simmer 45 min.
4. Stir in spinach until wilted; season.
5. Serve with basmati and a dollop of yogurt.
