- 1.5 litres vegetable stock

- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced

- 100g small pasta (ditalini or similar)
- Parmesan rind, olive oil, basil

## Steps

1. Soften onion, carrot, and celery in oil 8 min.
2. Add garlic; cook 1 min; add tomatoes and stock.
3. Add beans, courgette, and Parmesan rind; simmer 15 min.
4. Add pasta; cook 8 min more.
5. Remove rind; season; serve with olive oil and basil.
