## Ingredients

- 250g sirloin or rump steak, sliced into strips
- 150g egg or soba noodles
- 200g tenderstem broccoli
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

## Steps

1. Cook noodles and broccoli together in boiling water for 3–4 min; drain.
2. Mix miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a splash of hot water until smooth.
3. Sear steak strips in a very hot pan for 1–2 min each side; rest briefly.
4. Toss noodles with miso sauce, broccoli, and spring onion.
5. Serve topped with steak strips and sesame seeds.
