## Why It Fits

Sesame sauces cling beautifully to baked tofu; the sticky glaze makes this one of those vegan dinners that non-vegans actively choose to eat.

## Ingredients

- 400g extra-firm tofu, cubed
- 300g broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tsp cornflour
- Sesame seeds, spring onion
- Cooked rice

## Steps

1. Bake tofu at 200°C / 400°F for 18 min until crispy.
2. Mix soy, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and cornflour with 2 tbsp water.
3. Steam or blanch broccoli 3 min.
4. Toss baked tofu in sauce over medium heat 2 min.
5. Serve over rice with broccoli; scatter seeds and spring onion.
