## Why It Fits

## Ingredients

- 500g turkey mince
- 1 large sweet potato, cubed
- 1 tin black beans, drained
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp each: cumin, smoked paprika, chilli flakes
- Coriander (cilantro), lime, soured cream to serve

## Steps

1. Brown turkey mince; set aside.
2. Soften onion and garlic; add spices; cook 1 min.
3. Return turkey; add sweet potato, tomatoes, black beans, and 200ml water.
4. Simmer 25 min until sweet potato is tender; season.
5. Serve with coriander, lime, and soured cream.
