cutting out the afternoon snacking

Four weeks without eating between lunch and dinner. Weight is down two pounds. Mood is unchanged. I had expected to feel more virtuous about this but I mostly just feel slightly hungry at four o'clock.

Just popping back to say thank you, especially Lorna. I read all of these with a cup of tea and had a little cry, in a good way. This community is such a relief sometimes.
