the dryness thing and long flights
Just got back from visiting my daughter and a six-hour flight is its own special kind of dry. I drank water the whole way and still felt like I had been stored in a filing cabinet. Noting this so I remember to plan better next time, whatever that looks like.

A plain update
For anyone else who goes blank in appointments: the boring notes have helped me. I have been writing down night sweats, sleep, mood, and what was happening around it so I can describe the week more clearly.

Thank you Greta, and everyone who replied. This is exactly why I posted. Reading these has made me feel much less ridiculous, and I am adding a few notes before my next appointment.
Just popping back to say thank you, especially Sarah. I read all of these with a cup of tea and had a little cry, in a good way. This community is such a relief sometimes.
