What changed first for me

I am writing this down before it becomes another thing I half remember. The main pattern this week has been mood: not every day, but enough that I can see it when I look back. I have been tracking strength training alongside sleep and mood notes. No grand conclusion yet. The useful part is having the timing in one place, because otherwise I get to the appointment and talk around the thing I meant to say.
