finally posting after reading forever

Been lurking here for a couple months and finally feel like saying something. Started a gel about three weeks ago and the night sweats have backed off a little. Still waking up but not completely drenched, which honestly feels like a win. My cycles have been all over the place for about a year so I am still in the guessing game phase. Keeping a little notes app log because my memory is not what it was.
