Voices Charter
Recognition without turning health experience into performance.
Voices exists to recognise structured peer experiences on Narrated. It is not a payment system, a popularity contest, or a public points layer.
Permanent badges
Founding Voice goes to the first 500 members who publish at least one approved experience. The number is permanent and never reissued.
Leading Voice recognises the top contributors for each goal each quarter, based on useful structure and peer response.
Verified Practitioner remains the practitioner identity badge for accounts that use real names and verified credentials.
Weekly spotlight
Top Voices of the Week features a small rotating group each Monday at 09:00 UK time. Members can be featured again after a four-week cooldown, and the profile counter records how many times the member has appeared.
What counts
- Structured experience fields: what was tried, timing, duration, outcomes, side effects, and follow-up detail.
- “This helped me” taps from established member accounts.
- Reads, capped so one widely shared log cannot dominate a scoring run.
- Helpful replies, counted only when another member marks them helpful.
What does not count
- Follower counts.
- Public points or karma.
- Post volume by itself.
- Self-taps, self-views, or taps from accounts less than seven days old.
- Logs carrying unresolved moderation flags.
Data commitments
Narrated shows badge status and aggregate counts only. The identity of members who tap “This helped me” is not shown to log authors. Scoring runs are written to an internal audit log so the team can inspect how a result was produced without exposing private member activity.
