I started Black Cohosh after dealing with early morning waking for months. By week 4 I noticed the brain fog started to lift. At 12 weeks, I felt significantly better. Worth persevering through the first few weeks.
Mixed feelings about Black Cohosh. anxiety eased somewhat was noticeable, but sleep didn't improve much didn't really improve. Worth trying but manage your expectations.
I tried Black Cohosh for waking at 3am unable to return to sleep but the results were mixed. things started to shift slightly, but it didn't hold up long-term. I may try increasing the dose.
