I've been using Myo-Inositol for about 10 weeks now for weight creeping up despite eating well. the worst of the symptoms eased around week 4. I could function normally again. It's been a real game-changer for me.
Unfortunately Myo-Inositol didn't work for my weight gain around the middle. I gave it 10 weeks and it just wasn't effective for me. Back to square one unfortunately.
