How does Myo-Inositol work?
Functions as a second messenger in the insulin signalling cascade, enhancing insulin receptor sensitivity and facilitating glucose uptake into cells. In the ovaries, mediates FSH signalling to promote follicle development and oocyte maturation. Improves ovulatory function and may reduce circulating androgen levels in PCOS.
