Ok so this week I am attempting three short walks and absolutely nothing else. Not joining anything, not downloading a programme, not buying trainers. Just walks. Ten minutes after school drop-off if I can manage it. I keep reading about strength training and part of me thinks yes probably but also the thought of a gym right now makes me want to go back to bed. My joints have been achy and my energy is all over the place and I just need to start somewhere that doesn't feel like a punishment. I'm writing it down each day, just a tick and a note about how my knees felt. That's the whole plan. Will report back 😂 x
