1. What Narrated is

Narrated publishes menopause information that anybody can read without an account, offers a free non-diagnostic report, and provides a free app where you log your day and get back a score, your patterns, and a summary you can take to your doctor. Reading the site needs no account. Creating a report, or joining the app, means you also agree to the terms for that service.

2. Narrated is not medical advice or medical care

Our public pages, the free report and the app are educational and organizational. They explain what commonly happens in the transition, say what the published evidence says, name their sources, and read your own answers back to you. They do not diagnose, do not prescribe, do not provide treatment, and are not individual medical advice. The scores, readings and summaries in the app are built only from what you log, and decisions about diagnosis and treatment belong with you and your doctor.

Narrated is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it must not be used in place of seeing a doctor. Take any decision about your health, and anything that worries you, to a doctor or another qualified health professional.

Narrated is not an emergency service. If you are seriously unwell or in urgent distress, contact your doctor, call 911 in the US or 999 in the UK, or go to an emergency room.

3. The free report and the free app

• The report is free, non-diagnostic, and yours to keep whether or not you go further.
• Finishing the report opens the app. The ten-second daily log, your score, your patterns, your full history and your Doctor Prep sheet are free, with no card taken and no time limit.
• If anything in your answers describes something urgent, the report says so plainly and tells you to see a doctor promptly. That message always comes first.

4. Price

• Narrated is free. The report, the daily log, your score, your patterns, your history, your Doctor Prep sheet, the guides and the weekly letter all cost nothing. We take no card.
• We plan to make and sell our own products later. When we do, we will say so clearly, they will have their own terms at the point of sale, and the free things stay free.
• If you paid for a Narrated membership before 19 September 2026, email contact@narrated.health and we will cancel it and refund your last payment in full.
• The app is for adults aged 18 or over. You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

5. Your log and your data

What you log builds your report, your readings and your summaries, and nothing else. It is never sold and never used to advertise to you. If you stop paying, you keep your report. You can export your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time; the privacy policy explains what is held, where, and for how long. Your daily reading is written by an AI service from your own log, only if you agree to it. It is not medical advice and it never diagnoses. Say no and Narrated writes the reading itself.

6. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has access. One account is one person. The readings in the app are built from what you log, so an account that logs someone else’s days will produce readings that belong to nobody.

7. Our content

The writing, photography and design of Narrated are ours or licensed to us. You may read, link, quote reasonably with attribution, and share pages freely. You may not republish substantial parts of the site commercially, or use the content to train systems that misrepresent its source, without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service; do not use it to send spam; and do not misrepresent Narrated’s content as individual medical advice when sharing it.

9. Liability

The site is provided as is. We work hard on accuracy and say plainly where evidence is thin, but we make no warranty that any content is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of public content or app readings, for the acts of third parties we link to, or for interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Complaints, changes and contact

If something goes wrong, email contact@narrated.health and a person will respond. We may update these terms; material changes update the date above, and continued use after a change means the current version applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
