For anyone else who forgets the quiet symptoms: write the boring version too. I had notes about anxiety, morning light, and the days when everything felt oddly harder. It did not solve anything by itself, but it gave me a better way to explain the week without making it sound bigger or smaller than it was.
Booked a city break and forgot to check whether the hotel room had a window that actually opened. I remembered about thirty seconds after paying. Two nights of my own personal climate system and no airflow is going to be interesting.
I have a review coming up and I want to be honest about the concentration stuff without it becoming a whole thing. Has anyone found a way to bring it up with a manager or HR that felt practical rather than overly personal? I am not looking for a script, more just what framing seemed to land without derailing the conversation into territory you did not want.
so I finally started having porridge instead of toast in the morning because my mum would not stop going on about it and I had run out of reasons to argue. First week I thought nothing was happening. Second week I noticed I was less, I don't know, scratchy by mid afternoon. Could be the porridge, could be that my son was back at school and the house was quieter. I genuinely cannot separate those two variables. The dryness is the same, which is what I was vaguely hoping might shift. I will keep going because it is cheap and I quite like it with a bit of honey, but I am not crediting it with anything yet.
Has anyone found anything that actually helps with the joint stuff in your hands, especially first thing? Mine feel wooden for the first hour of the day. I am not asking for instructions, more what you tracked or brought up with your GP. I keep forgetting to mention it because sleep takes over the appointment.
