50 next month and my bathroom shelf has somehow become a shrine to things I bought after watching reels at midnight. Magnesium here, ashwagandha there, some collagen thing I don't even remember ordering. Spent probably £80 in three months and honestly couldn't tell you if any of it did anything because I kept adding new bits before I'd given the old ones a proper chance. So I've stopped. All of it. And I'm just doing magnesium for a few weeks to see if my sleep actually shifts. That's it. Nothing else new. Also trying to eat more protein at breakfast which feels stupidly basic but my GP mentioned it and I figured food first makes more sense than throwing supplements at a bad diet anyway. I've got a GP review coming up in six weeks and I'm writing down everything I'm currently taking so she's got the full picture. I read somewhere that even supplements can interact with things so I want her to actually know rather than me just quietly taking a handful of stuff and not mentioning it. Anyone else doing the one-thing-at-a-time approach? Would be good to know I'm not the only one who had to basically start over x
