three months on low dose tablets, what I have noticed

I started a low dose tablet in February after a GP appointment that I had to book twice because I cancelled the first one. I want to write this down while the before is still recent enough to compare. The first month I felt nothing different and assumed it was not working. I was still anxious on the commute, still dreading certain meetings, still waking with my heart going faster than the situation required. Month two something shifted at work. Not dramatically. I stopped preparing quite so obsessively for conversations I was not sure would even happen. I gave a project update in a team meeting without the two days of rehearsal I had been doing for the previous year. I noticed it afterwards more than during. The travel anxiety is still present. I had a work trip last month and the three days before were still difficult. But I managed the journey without the specific dread that used to start about a week out. My doctor asked me to come back at six months. I have a list of things I want to say and I am not going to edit it down before I go in.
