Broccoli & Cheddar Frittata

Method

  1. 1Blanch broccoli 3 min; drain.
  2. 2Soften onion in an ovenproof pan.
  3. 3Beat eggs with seasoning and nutmeg; pour over onion.
  4. 4Arrange broccoli; scatter cheese; cook 3 min on hob.
  5. 5Transfer to oven at 180°C / 350°F for 12 min until set.
  6. 6Cool 5 min; slice into wedges.
