Tried Anti-Inflammatory Diet on the recommendation of nutritionist. The first few weeks were a bit rough with side effects, but by week 6 my quality of life improved dramatically. Worth persevering through the first few weeks.

I was sceptical about Anti-Inflammatory Diet but desperate with my IBS-like symptoms worsening with hormones. the worst of the symptoms eased. By week 10, I could function normally again. I'm glad I tried it.

Disappointing experience with Anti-Inflammatory Diet. My food sensitivities developing didn't improve and I had headaches throughout. My GP suggested trying a different approach.

I gave Anti-Inflammatory Diet a fair trial for my chronic bloating and discomfort. Some improvement in energy improved but the hot flashes continued persisted. Worth trying but manage your expectations.

After 8 weeks on Anti-Inflammatory Diet, I'd say it made a modest difference to my digestive problems since menopause. The change was there but subtle. Still deciding whether to continue.
