I started Conjugated Estrogens after dealing with multiple menopausal symptoms for months. By week 4 I noticed the frequency of symptoms reduced. At 8 weeks, the difference was remarkable. It's not perfect but it's made a real difference.

My friend who'd been through similar suggested Conjugated Estrogens for my menopausal symptoms. It took about 2 weeks to notice anything, but by week 10 I felt significantly better. I'd recommend discussing it with your GP.

I was prescribed this older-style HRT combination. The hot flashes improved but I felt unwell in other ways — constant nausea, headaches, and terrible bloating during the norethisterone phase. After 3 months I asked to switch to body-identical alternatives. My GP agreed the side effect profile was too much. I think the oral route and synthetic progestogen didn't suit me at all.
