Tried

I started CoQ10 after dealing with brain fog affecting daily tasks for months. By week 2 I noticed the brain fog started to lift. At 8 weeks, my quality of life improved dramatically. I'd recommend discussing it with your GP.

Tried

Tried CoQ10 on the recommendation of friend who'd been through similar. The first few weeks were slow to show results, but by week 8 I felt like I had my life back. Would definitely continue.

Unfortunately CoQ10 didn't work for my struggling with multitasking. I gave it 10 weeks and I saw no real change. Moved on to something else.

Tried

Disappointing experience with CoQ10. My inability to focus didn't improve and it made me feel quite nauseous. Back to square one unfortunately.

Tried

I tried CoQ10 for perimenopausal brain fog — I'd read it supports mitochondrial function and energy production. After 12 weeks the improvement was subtle. I might have had slightly more mental stamina in the afternoons but it's hard to be certain. No side effects at least, so it didn't cost me anything beyond the price of the supplement.
