I gave Denosumab a fair trial for my osteopenia diagnosis. Some improvement in sleep got better but sleep didn't improve much persisted. It's OK but I expected more.

Tried
I started Denosumab after dealing with family history of osteoporosis for months. By week 3 I noticed the brain fog started to lift. At 12 weeks, I could function normally again. Still taking it and plan to continue.

After 10 weeks on Denosumab, I'd say it made a modest difference to my osteopenia diagnosis. The change was there but subtle. Worth trying but manage your expectations.
