I've been using Estradiol Gel for about 12 weeks now for insomnia and night waking. the worst of the symptoms eased around week 3. the symptoms were about 70% better. Still taking it and plan to continue.
Mixed feelings about Estradiol Gel. mood stabilised slightly was noticeable, but the brain fog lingered didn't really improve. Not a miracle but not nothing either.
