I was sceptical about Intermittent Fasting but desperate with my weight gain and insulin resistance. the worst of the symptoms eased. By week 8, the difference was remarkable. Still taking it and plan to continue.

Tried Intermittent Fasting on the recommendation of naturopath. The first few weeks were a bit rough with side effects, but by week 8 my energy levels were back to normal. I'm glad I tried it.

Tried Intermittent Fasting on the recommendation of gynecologist. The first few weeks were a bit rough with side effects, but by week 12 I felt significantly better. Would definitely continue.

Disappointing experience with Intermittent Fasting. My excess hair growth and acne didn't improve and I had headaches throughout. I've stopped taking it.

After 12 weeks on Intermittent Fasting, I'd say it made a modest difference to my fatigue and sugar cravings. Hard to tell if it was this or other lifestyle changes. Still deciding whether to continue.
