Low-Carb Diet helped somewhat with my difficulty losing weight — sleep got better, though the brain fog lingered. I may try increasing the dose.

Low-Carb Diet helped somewhat with my irregular periods and mood swings — sleep got better, though sleep didn't improve much. Might try something different.

I tried Low-Carb Diet for excess hair growth and acne but the results were mixed. things started to shift slightly, but it didn't hold up long-term. Still deciding whether to continue.

After reading about other women's experiences with Low-Carb Diet, I decided to try it for my irregular periods and mood swings. my mood stabilised within the first month. I felt significantly better by 6 weeks. It's not perfect but it's made a real difference.

Combining inositol with a moderate low-carb approach was my endocrinologist's suggestion. After 4 months my cycles went from absent to roughly every 38 days. My fasting insulin improved and I lost about 3kg. The sugar cravings in the first fortnight were intense but they passed. I feel this combination addresses the insulin resistance underlying my PCOS better than anything else I've tried.
