What women reported
4 self-reported experiences with Magnesium Glycinate for hot flashes & night sweats
Tried
I was sceptical about Magnesium Glycinate but desperate with my embarrassing flushing episodes. Not much happened in the first month to be honest. By week 12, I felt like I had my life back. Very happy with the results so far.

Disappointing experience with Magnesium Glycinate. My unpredictable flushing didn't improve and it made me feel quite nauseous. Moved on to something else.

Magnesium didn't dramatically reduce my hot flashes but it reduced the severity of the night sweats and I slept more soundly between episodes. The overall quality of my nights improved even without the frequency dropping significantly. I continued it alongside HRT when I eventually started that.
