Tried
I started NAC after dealing with weight gain and insulin resistance for months. By week 2 I noticed there was a noticeable difference. At 12 weeks, the improvement was really noticeable. Best decision I made for my health.

Tried
NAC was recommended as a less harsh alternative to metformin for insulin sensitisation. Over three months my cycles shortened from 50+ days to around 35-38 days and my fasting insulin improved on blood tests. It's not as well-known as inositol but I found it similarly effective.
