Disappointing experience with Turmeric / Curcumin. My pain during intimacy didn't improve and the side effects outweighed any benefit. Back to square one unfortunately.

Started Turmeric / Curcumin alongside heavy bleeding and exhaustion management. Week 2: I had more energy. Week 10: I could function normally again. I wish I'd started sooner.

Disappointing experience with Turmeric / Curcumin. My digestive issues during periods didn't improve and the side effects outweighed any benefit. My GP suggested trying a different approach.

I added curcumin to my routine hoping it would help with the chronic pelvic inflammation from endo. After 12 weeks I'd say the improvement was very modest — perhaps slightly less bloating and the dull ache between periods felt a fraction better. Not a game-changer on its own but I had no side effects so I kept going.
