10-Minute Ankle & Foot Stability

Foot and ankle work takes ten minutes and delivers meaningful functional benefit to every movement you make throughout the day.

10 min · Kit: Flat floor (barefoot), Optional: small folded towel for grip

The session

  1. 12 min: Toe spread and gripping — spread all toes wide, then grip the floor
  2. 22 min: Heel and toe walks — walk on heels for 30 sec; on toes for 30 sec; × 2
  3. 32 min: Single-leg calf raise (slow) — 10 each; touch wall if needed
  4. 42 min: Ankle circles — seated or standing; 10 each direction
  5. 52 min: Towel scrunch — pick up a small folded towel with your toes; 10 each foot
