Method

  1. 1Sauté onion until soft; add garlic and thyme 1 min.
  2. 2Add mushrooms on high heat; cook 8 min until golden.
  3. 3Add paprika and mustard; cook 1 min.
  4. 4Stir in soured cream and Worcestershire; heat through (don't boil).
  5. 5Season; serve over noodles with parsley.
