45-Minute Gentle Strength at Home

Worth knowing

  • Longer rest periods are appropriate — this is intentional, not lazy
  • A gentle strength session is better than no session — meeting the body where it is on any given day is wisdom
  • Lower weight is fine — the movement pattern still stimulates bone and muscle
  • Any day is a training day if you want it to be; the bar for entry can always be low
