- 15 min: Footwork series — feet in parallel, V, and turned-out positions; 20 reps each
- 25 min: Supine arm series — chest expansion, bicep curls, hug a tree
- 35 min: Long stretch series — plank on carriage; push and pull
- 45 min: Short box series — round back, flat back, side stretch
- 55 min: Stomach massage series — seated, push out and curve back
- 65 min: Side-lying series — leg circles, kick forward and back
- 75 min: Kneeling and standing exercises
- 810 min: Stretching series — hip flexor, hamstring, spinal rotation
