Prawn & Pak Choi Stir-Fry

Juicy prawns stir-fried with pak choi, ginger, garlic, and a simple soy-sesame sauce.

Method

  1. 1Heat a wok over high heat; add oil then prawns; cook 2 min per side; remove.
  2. 2Add pak choi, ginger, and garlic; stir-fry 2 min.
  3. 3Return prawns; add soy, sesame oil, and cornflour mix; toss until sauce coats.
  4. 4Scatter seeds and spring onion; serve over rice or noodles.
