Method

  1. 1Soften onion, carrot, and celery in oil 8 min.

  3. 3Add beans, courgette, and Parmesan rind; simmer 15 min.
  4. 4Add pasta; cook 8 min more.
  5. 5Remove rind; season; serve with olive oil and basil.
