Juicy prawns in a quick garlic-chilli tomato sauce tossed with linguine and fresh parsley.

Method

  1. 1Cook pasta in salted water; reserve pasta water.
  2. 2Fry garlic and chilli in oil 1 min; add prawns 2 min per side.
  3. 3Add tomatoes; cook 3 min.
  4. 4Toss with drained pasta and a splash of pasta water.
  5. 5Season with lemon, salt, and parsley.
