Steak Strips & Miso Noodles

Seared steak over noodles tossed in a savoury miso sauce with tenderstem broccoli and sesame.

Method

  1. 1Cook noodles and broccoli together in boiling water for 3–4 min; drain.
  2. 2Mix miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a splash of hot water until smooth.
  3. 3Sear steak strips in a very hot pan for 1–2 min each side; rest briefly.
  4. 4Toss noodles with miso sauce, broccoli, and spring onion.
  5. 5Serve topped with steak strips and sesame seeds.
