Sticky Sesame Tofu & Broccoli

Extra-firm tofu in a sticky sesame-honey sauce with broccoli and spring onion over rice.

Method

  1. 1Bake tofu at 200°C / 400°F for 18 min until crispy.
  2. 2Mix soy, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and cornflour with 2 tbsp water.
  3. 3Steam or blanch broccoli 3 min.
  4. 4Toss baked tofu in sauce over medium heat 2 min.
  5. 5Serve over rice with broccoli; scatter seeds and spring onion.
