Turkey & Sweet Potato Chilli

A lighter chilli made with turkey mince, sweet potato, black beans, and warming spices.

Method

  1. 1Brown turkey mince; set aside.
  2. 2Soften onion and garlic; add spices; cook 1 min.
  3. 3Return turkey; add sweet potato, tomatoes, black beans, and 200ml water.
  4. 4Simmer 25 min until sweet potato is tender; season.
  5. 5Serve with coriander, lime, and soured cream.
