A note for today
Asking a question is not making a fuss.
Wanting an explanation for your own body is reasonable, every time.

A note from Narrated
Many women describe talking themselves out of an appointment because other people seem to have it worse, or because it feels hard to explain.
A question does not need to be dramatic to deserve an answer. “This has changed and I’d like to understand it” is a complete reason to ask.
You are allowed to take up the time it takes to be understood.
Lowering the daily stress load protects the brain and heart as much as it changes how today feels.
