A note for today
Rest is part of the plan, not a break from it.

A note from Narrated
It is tempting to treat rest as the thing you earn after everything else is done. Bodies work the other way round: sleep and recovery are where strength, mood, and memory get consolidated.
Choosing an earlier night or a quieter evening is not opting out of progress. It is often the most productive decision available.
If today asks for less, let it ask.
Lowering the daily stress load protects the brain and heart as much as it changes how today feels.
