After reading about other women's experiences with B-Complex, I decided to try it for my feeling mentally sluggish. the brain fog started to lift within the first month. I could function normally again by 8 weeks. Worth persevering through the first few weeks.

My GP suggested high-dose omega-3 and a B-complex for the brain fog I was experiencing in early menopause. By month 2 I definitely felt sharper — I was forgetting words less and could concentrate for longer stretches at work. The fishy aftertaste is annoying but taking them with dinner helps. I keep these in my daily routine now.
