I gave Dydrogesterone a fair trial for my brain fog and fatigue. Some improvement in anxiety eased somewhat but my mood was still up and down persisted. Might try something different.

I gave Dydrogesterone a fair trial for my heavy periods and exhaustion. Some improvement in energy improved but my mood was still up and down persisted. It might work for others but was modest for me.

Dydrogesterone has been a genuine turning point for my sleep disruption and joint pain. I noticed I felt a bit more like myself fairly quickly. the difference was remarkable over the following weeks. I'd recommend discussing it with your GP.

Started Dydrogesterone alongside weight gain and low mood management. Week 2: I had more energy. Week 10: I felt significantly better. I'm glad I tried it.

I was sceptical about Dydrogesterone but desperate with my heavy periods and exhaustion. I noticed a subtle improvement. By week 10, the improvement was really noticeable. Best decision I made for my health.
