My friend who'd been through similar suggested Estradiol Gel for my night sweats and anxiety. It took about 4 weeks to notice anything, but by week 8 I was sleeping through the night. It's been a real game-changer for me.

I really wanted Estradiol Gel to help with my brain fog and fatigue but after 8 weeks I saw no meaningful improvement. I saw no real change. Not for me, but everyone is different.

After reading about other women's experiences with Estradiol Gel, I decided to try it for my sleep disruption and joint pain. I had more energy within the first month. the improvement was really noticeable by 10 weeks. Would definitely continue.

The oestrogen alone was helping but adding testosterone was the final piece. Within eight weeks on the combined protocol I was exercising again, my concentration returned, and I got my libido back after years of it being absent. I genuinely feel better at 51 than I did in my mid-40s.

I started on the lower dose of estradiol gel but wasn't getting the relief I hoped for after two months. My specialist has since increased my dose and things are slowly improving. In my experience the starting dose doesn't always work — it's worth going back and asking for an increase if you're not seeing results.
