Micronized Progesterone wasn't for me. After 12 weeks of trying, my insomnia and night waking were much the same. Moved on to something else.

I started Micronized Progesterone after dealing with difficulty falling asleep for months. By week 2 I noticed I felt a bit more like myself. At 12 weeks, I felt significantly better. Worth persevering through the first few weeks.

I gave Micronized Progesterone a fair trial for my insomnia and night waking. Some improvement in hot flashes reduced a bit but the weight didn't shift persisted. Not a miracle but not nothing either.
