What women reported
4 self-reported experiences with Omega-3 for brain fog
Tried
Tried Omega-3 on the recommendation of endocrinologist. The first few weeks were slow to show results, but by week 12 I could function normally again. I'd recommend discussing it with your GP.

Tried
I've been using Omega-3 for about 12 weeks now for struggling with multitasking. I slept better for the first time in months around week 2. most of my symptoms had improved considerably. It's not perfect but it's made a real difference.

Tried
My friend who'd been through similar suggested Omega-3 for my brain fog affecting daily tasks. It took about 3 weeks to notice anything, but by week 10 I was sleeping through the night. Would definitely continue.

My GP suggested high-dose omega-3 and a B-complex for the brain fog I was experiencing in early menopause. By month 2 I definitely felt sharper — I was forgetting words less and could concentrate for longer stretches at work. The fishy aftertaste is annoying but taking them with dinner helps. I keep these in my daily routine now.
