7 self-reported experiences with Vitamin K2 for bone health
Tried
After reading about other women's experiences with Vitamin K2, I decided to try it for my DEXA scan showing bone loss. there was a noticeable difference within the first month. I could function normally again by 8 weeks. I'd recommend discussing it with your GP.

I was sceptical about Vitamin K2 but desperate with my bone density decline. I didn't notice much at first. By week 6, the difference was remarkable. Still taking it and plan to continue.

I really wanted Vitamin K2 to help with my fracture risk worries but after 8 weeks I saw no meaningful improvement. I saw no real change. Disappointing but at least I know now.

Started Vitamin K2 alongside osteopenia diagnosis management. Week 2: I noticed a subtle improvement. Week 8: I felt like I had my life back. Worth persevering through the first few weeks.
