Tried

After 8 weeks on Zinc, I'd say it made a modest difference to my fatigue and sugar cravings. Hard to tell if it was this or other lifestyle changes. Not sure if I'll continue long-term.

Tried

I tried Zinc for fatigue and sugar cravings but the results were mixed. the worst of the symptoms eased, but it didn't hold up long-term. I may try increasing the dose.

Tried

Zinc helped somewhat with my difficulty losing weight — mood stabilised slightly, though the hot flashes continued. Might try something different.

Tried

Zinc helped with the acne and excess hair growth associated with my high androgens. Over three months the cystic breakouts reduced in frequency and severity. It's not a complete solution but it's a useful and well-evidenced addition for the androgenic symptoms of PCOS.
