After reading about other women's experiences with Zinc, I decided to try it for my adult-onset acne. I felt a bit more like myself within the first month. the symptoms were about 70% better by 8 weeks. Very happy with the results so far.

I gave Zinc a fair trial for my collagen loss and wrinkles. Some improvement in energy improved but sleep didn't improve much persisted. Worth trying but manage your expectations.

My pharmacist suggested Zinc for my hormonal acne. It took about 3 weeks to notice anything, but by week 12 the difference was remarkable. I'd recommend discussing it with your GP.

Tried
Tried Zinc on the recommendation of friend who'd been through similar. The first few weeks were uneventful, but by week 6 I was sleeping through the night. Best decision I made for my health.

Disappointing experience with Zinc. My hair loss and brittle nails didn't improve and I experienced stomach issues. I've stopped taking it.
