The session
- 13 min warm-up: lateral shuffles, high knees, arm swings
- 23 min: Ladder drill (imagined or chalked) — 2 feet in each box, forward
- 33 min: Cone/marker shuffle — sprint to marker, shuffle back; 6 reps
- 43 min: 5-10-5 shuttle — 5 yards right, 10 yards left, 5 yards back; 4 reps
- 53 min: Single-leg hop-to-balance — hop forward, stick landing; 8 each side
- 63 min: Reaction steps — point to a direction, shuffle 3 steps that way; 10 × randomly
- 72 min: Cool-down jog and leg swings
